Shirts ordered in July still not delivered

I bought a voucher on Wicount of R149 for 3 printed T-shirts from Brand it. After almost 25 emails, I still don't have any answers and now Wicount and Brand It ignores my emails or passes the bucket? It's R150??? Really - why don't they just give me my money back and let's forget this terrible experience.
