Company closed down, Groupon never told anyone!

I ordered and paid for two spa sessions as one of Groupons specials. I have been trying desperately to get hold of the spa to confirm my bookings, eventually I drove all the way out to go and see the spa, and it was not there! I called Groupon to ask what was going on, only to be told that the spa had closed down. They should have let everyone who had bought the deal know, and retruend the money immediately, but of course, they want to make as much ineterest off our money as they can. Whata rip-off!
