I've been a faithful customer of Groupon SA since about February 2011. But what happened? well...

In a nutshell, Groupon owes me R499 since May this year and they refuse to pay this amount into any of my personal bank accounts although they have confirmed on 12.07.2013 that the refund was done to my Card.

It's a long story with much proof of unfulfilled promises for me to get:
- back MY MONEY that Groupon OWES me
- a Manager to return my call/s
- an employee who promised to call at a convened time, to actually call me again

They are inconsistent; they didn't understand of my queries although raised in simple English. They are mostly non-responsive, unprofessional and inefficient. Only someone called 'Nasroodeen' seemed to be helpful however nothing came of my following his advice.

I am deeply disappointed in Groupon SA.
