RIP OFF!!! inflate original price to attract ppl

I've been a royal groupon customer since they started in SA, I've had many good experiences with the deals, and some okish ones, but I've never felt so ripped off by the Kong Roast groupon DEAL!!!

The deal was a tasting meal for 4, include 4 glasses of wine, groupon sold the deal for R449 and advertised the voucher value is R1000. It sound like an awesome deal as I've been to Kong Roast before and was very impressed by the venue, food and service.

We went to KR last week thursday night, the place was HOT, they don't even have aircon for that place. the start came, 4 steamed dumplings, some vegetable leaf, then the main course, plum duck, thai chicken and beef, they all look 1/3 portion size to me, and one plate for 2 people sharing! then dessert was some pudding and chocolate thing.

I did a quick calculation on the food if I order those off the menu, it won't even come to R250!!! This is DAY LIGHT!!! FAR from R1000 claimed by groupon.

GROUPON PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK and not to TRICK your customers, if you behave like this you are only digging your own grave.
