Useless fools

I ordered a toy helicopter from Groupon and the thing eventually arrived and when I unpacked it the charger was missing. I immediately advised Groupon and to date, 10 days, nothing has transpired apart from acknowledgement of my problem and asking how it was handled. It has not been handled and I am awaiting for someone from Groupon to tell me where my charger is.
