For over a month now I have been trying to get a refund for an item. I did EVERYTHING I had to from my side, but Lovemore and Gugu can't give me the status of my refund. They don't reply to my mails and every time I call, they say they will call me back but never does. Even when I tell them "NO I will hold on until you give me the status because you NEVER phone me back" they still don't return my calls, even when the promise. I AM FED UP WITH THIS SERVICE. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE INCOMPETENCE LIKE THIS BEFORE. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK for the laptop stand and for the money I had to pay at the post office to get my Camera Lens Cup. And STOP LYING TO ME EVERY TIME YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH! You are a waste of oxygen and I will NEVER deal with Wicount again because of you 2!!!
