I had my Cherry towed in t Rustenburg Cherry because my gears were stuck. first, they said they had to change the gearbox oil after that they send my gearbox in to a specialist after about 3 weeks they said my gearbox got water contamination at 18000km on the clock. I asked them numerous times how this can happen because i bought the car second hand and did not even have the car a full 3 months when it gave me trouble. The one said wear and tear the specialist said condensation but how is it possible. After another week trying to fight with Rustenburg they said its not a warranty claim. I had to phone cherry SA and send them the photos and without a hassle they said its a claim. After phoning Rustenburg he had the nerves to tell me that Cherry SA approved the claim out of Good Will. This is not acceptable they where pushing me to approve and make a payment on the repairs but i refused until i got convermation from Cherry SA. Now the claim is registered but 3 days later now they said there is no eta for the parts from cherry sa they need to receive. This branch i have to call almost every day to get feedback from them in this 5 or 6 weeks my car has been there they only phoned me once or twice the other times i have contacted them. The service is very bad and i am disappointed.
