Unaceptable behaviour

Dr. Guerra was phoned by my father's specialist about a concern, but nobody answered, even after a few calls from the specialist. He recommended that my 82-year-old father go to his office to see if he could ask him a question that the specialist couldn't answer because he was ignored. My father drove 2 hours to his practice and sat for many hours, but he was still ignored even after explaining his situation in just a few seconds. My father drove back to Groblersdal while Dr. Guerra's secretary phoned and said he must turn back because the doctor will see him. My father drove back and sat for a little bit of time, but the doctor walked by three times without giving him any attention. My father left and drove back. Why did he lay an oath? Why is he a doctor? Why is he in that profession if he can't attend to his patients? I will insist on an explanation! This is so rude, inhumane, un-doctor-like, and goes against the practice. If you can stop this behavior of a practitioner, please, please do and come back to me!
