Suspicion on insurance money not being refunded

My name is Henriette Misika Twaibu. On the 01-August-2012 a Chartis Insurance policy was issued to me with the value of R3788. I decided to cancel the insurance as I could not travel. I phoned Monique Del Vall of Pentravel who told me that only R500 will be refund. After personally phoning Chartis, Renusha of Chartis e-mailed me I quote "When we cancel policies on our side the full premium is refund and in your case, the full premium R3788.00" A choice was given to me either to load the money to my account or to pentravel. Monique advised that it should be sent to pentravel. After that, Monique told me that I had a choice either to receive the money minus 20% of the cancellation fees or minus R228 X 3 (for each member of the familly), I accepted the first option. On the 27-March-2012, she sent me an email saying that I will receive the amont minus R228X3 from 20% therefore only R75 will be refund.
Please I need an explanation about pentravel policies and I will not accept the R75 they can keep it
