Stinking attitude, Ignorant Staff

I joined Flexi Club in Jan and spoke to an agent that advised me on benefits & all. I was told that as a member i would pay R557.00 D.O monthly & the debit would go off after 2 months, but to my surprise an amount of R5710 has been debited. I called the accounts dept to get clarity on the acc but was transferred to a call centre which the lady was EXTREMELY rude and didnt try to help she sent me frm pillar to post. I then called the head office on 031 717 7300 they also transferd me to accs while i tried to xplain to the consultant, she put me thru to call centre AGAIN and this time the lady i spoke wasnt listening nor did she take me seriously and stated that the co doesnt give refunds and she cant assist and thereafter she had the NERVE & AUDACITY to utter that i should sue them!!
