Shocking lack of interest in animal transportation

On the late afternoon of the 29th, my daughter who is a regular customer of Kulula, was returning home to Oliver Tambo Airport from George Airport. It was extremely hot and we checked in her 2 Doberman pincher miniatures.
While my daughter was boarding, my husband and I were watching from the top balcony to see the staff board the dogs. That did not happen. We noticed them, having loaded the dogs together with the baggage on the trolley, leaving them in the hot sun while loading the previous trolley first, then the 3 carriages on their trolley which was next. Then only were the dogs loaded.
It is unnecessary to state how nervous and scared animals are of this different experience. They do not have to endure this unfortunate experience. You are dealing with much loved LIVE animals. I know this is not the first time this has happened.
