MYCITI SERVICE A NIGHTMARE!

I am employed in the Century City area and i stay close to there as well. We have been using the Century City shuttle and our transport needs where being fully met.

However, from the 30th of November, the MyCiti bus was introduced. Travelling to and from work has been a nightmare. The buses come through about 20 to 30 minutes late, sometimes we sit at the station for almost 1 hour!

To make matters worse, the staff don't bother to explain and are rude. Of course everyone knows that its December and the roads are going to be congested so i think these people where supposed to do their research in the first place to see how best they can service our needs.

Another issue is that they dispatch smaller buses during the peak periods which are way too small to accommodate the large numbers of people who use public transport around that time. It is not conducive to travel in an overloaded bus.

We really need these people to live up to their promise of dispatching a bus every 10 minutes during the peak periods and pls train your staff on how to handle clients- especially if they are on the wrong side!
