Us from dbn to jhb delayed

Good day I wish to report bad services experienced from eldo.the bus from dbn to jhb planed 2 arrive at 6pm on 27.112013 was delayed by technical or mechanical problems if your buses are not road worthy how are you allowed to convene passengers from such far distances.the bus initially got stuck by montrose and a mechanic was dispatched it is now currently stuck again and no arrangements have been made for alternative transport.if the bus had gotten stuck once why was this bus allowed to continue with the trip it should have been replaced intially. I am now stuck waiting for 2 passangers my sister and niece who are tired hungry and scared. No arrangements have been made for security what if the bus gets hijacked. I am highly dissapointed in this company its not a product that im complaining about but rather a service which is risking peoples lives. With the festive season upon us is this the service they will be providing with busses that are not even road worthy.
