After my canopy was and the insurance process was completed I searched for a replacement product. Unfortunately I spotted the City Canopies item in the Yellow Pages. What a terrible mistake I made! The first canopy was fitted and just about everything was wrong - water leaks, opening mechanism defect, high level brake light not available, etc. After complaints City Canopies decided to fit another canopy. This is even worse. All the mentioned defects are still there plus misaligned back door, rubber strips out of line and stuck sliding windows. They even expected me to connect the high level brake light myself. After 3 hours of struggle the leaks are still there.
So, avoid this company, also trading as Skytop Canopies, as far as possible. You will regret this like I do.
