Nigel contacted me to query whyI am not using my time share, which I had bought a year ago and didnt really understand, he took it upon himself to update me in full, investigated options to suit me and contacted me weekly to ensure that I am taken care of! Sounds mundane but he has gone way over expectations and his regular contact and williness to make a plan to suite my needs is a first in terms of service that I have experienced in a very very long time!
