I had a complaint with MyCiti because they were over-billing me on the bus fees. I wrote a complaint last week, of which their transport department said they will look in to it and forward it to MyCiti to respond. now it is the end of the second week with no response, what they are telling me is that they have escalated to MyCiti. Can I please get an answer on this already, what could be so difficult in resolving this.? This is so simple really, you just need to get MyCiti to refund whatever monies, they over deducted from my card.
And for such a simple query it takes whole two weeks? This is highly unacceptable. Fot that matter this has been happening for three months, and because of them sending me from pillar to post i never took it up until they did it again this month. I am working very hard for my money for them to just abuse it anyhow they feel. I want them to Re-fund my money end of business. They are so pathetic - to take two weeks just to return my money. I want my money, if they do not respond i will take legal action on this!!!
