DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM ELDO'S COACHES!

I booked the bus from Durban to JHB on 4 November 2013 at 11:00 am for myself and my 3 year old. According to my ticket we are to embark on the bus at 11:00 am. But that never happened; nobody from the ticket office would take the time to inform the travelers that there is a problem; they just sat behind their window; only when a passenger decided to question why the bus wasn't there did they tell us that the bus is delayed due to them repairing the air conditioner and it would be an hour late; at 13:00 pm we are still waiting; and that is 2 hours later; the bus then arrives with the air conditioner still not repaired and they expect to travel 600 km's without an air or windows that can open; we then had to travel from Durban Station in that same bus to their Springfield bus depot to embark on another bus; my kid is already asleep; the inconvenienced that You guys constantly impose of passengers is disgusting and inconsiderate; we were to arrive at 6:10 pm we arrived at 21:00p m!!!

Time and time again yourl have disappointed and inconvenienced passengers and yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! NO APOLOGY NO CONCERN AND JUST BLATANT UNPROFESSIONAL ISM!
