On the evening of 20 March 2012 we were given a presentation by a Ms Joy Frank, at Century City branch. The total cost of package wasR22, 800.00, 11 (eleven) monthly instalments of R1, 900.00. An amount of R1, 085.00 for contract/administration fee was paid upon signature. R1, 900.00 was also paid as the first instalment. Ms Joy Frank advised us that we can sell our Flexi Club Holiday (timeshares) after one year. We were told that the previous owners wanted her to sell it for them. On the 18th September 2013 I received a telephone call from their attorney informing me that I owe Club Leisure an amount of R3000.00 otherwise summons will be issued. A meeting was arranged with Val and Joy at Century City branch on 25 September 2013 where I was told that the membership fee has increased. Ms Frank was also in total denial as to what she told us on 20 March 2012. I requested for the contract to be cancelled and sold but they are now refusing as according to them it was a life time contact. I felt deceived and want the contract to be cancelled.
