Unacceptable service in Business class

Good Day
I am very unhappy with the service that I received as a business class flyer with Emirates. Firstly, I received a call the day before departure from an Emirates consultant stating that my flight would be delayed one day later than scheduled, I found this unacceptable and explained that it would not be possible. Secondly, my baggage was lost. When I departed from Johannesburg, my luggage was not marked with a priority sticker, as a result I had to wait 40 hours to receive my luggage after my arrival in Warsaw, this was highly inconvenient as you can imagine. Thirdly, upon arriving back in Johannesburg I was greeted by my Chauffeur driver who informed me that there had been changes made to my chauffeur drive. I followed him out of the airport only to find that he would be chauffeuring me in a Kombi. He also did not know where to take me and asked me for my address, my address should have been on record in the first place. I found this very uncomfortable and inconvenient. My expectations were not met. I do feel that a business class flyer should not have to deal with inconveniences and that every detail should be cared for by the airline.
