Thanks QVC for giving me great holidays.

I have had only the best service from you after I learnt to play by the rules. I have been to your Golden Leopard resort at Pilanesberg, to Monateng, Shaka's Rock, Kagga Kamma, Voortrekkerbad, Strand Pavillion and many more prime destinations.

For one, when it's the new bookings season, one should book very quickly, keeping on calling and hanging in there till you get your booking, otherwise, later on, it does get difficult to book the ideal break. Your levies for the next year will have to be paid upfront to be able to book now for next year - that's a rule!

My one complaint is that at present the points have no resale value, most probably due to oversubscription, and this reflects very negatively on QVC as a whole. Please QVC, find a way of geting the points value up again - I'm sure you can. Cheers.
