Major accident on freeway south coast this morning did phone there call centre explaining what is happening
arrived at the airport hour late for flight.first when phoned the call centre told my daughter to pay a cost of R410.00for a other flight when i ask the person at the help desk if there plane went down will he give me my wife back because accidents happen he reply by calling the airport police.they refuse to give my wife a other flight without paying again for new airfare there which was R580.00 there a Que of people that it happened today.
When i arrived back at home i did phone there head office and the lady that i spoke to said she will listen to the tapes i then ask here don't they care about the passengers she replied she don't care about accidents on the road we must pay
