Finally some great service from Cell C

I would just like to compliment Virginia Mhlanga on the great service I have received with regards to dealing with a C-Cover claim. It is one of the first times I have received good service from someone at Cell C, so I don't think it should go unmentioned and unrewarded.

Virginia has been great with concluding my C-Cover claim, and has responded to my emails timeously and professionally, and been of great assistance.

Like I've said before, this is a first from Cell C, and I think Cell C should reward their consultants who do their job properly, so more of the other consultants may start giving good service like this.
