INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND ALL ROUND PATHETIC!!!

I recently applied for a telkom line. I was told that the installation would take 5 days. After 7 days i asked the local telkom technician why it was taking so long, He told me that i should not be difficult, or they will delay the install further. After 1or 2 no-shows, telkom eventually came, and told me they we unable to install the line without breaking my neighbours driveway, this is funny seeing that have a telkom line in the house and my neighbours driveway was not broken down for this. I then cancelled the order and requested that my deposit be refunded. This has taken 3 weeks to be confirmed and will take another week and a half to be processed, everytime i get a different answer from an agent regarding this. First i gave my account details, then i was told to go to the branch i applied at for a voucher, then asked again for my account details. I get exetremely upset when dealing with telkom, but there's nothing I can do, seeing that i'm dealing with a MONOPOLY! I feel bad for people that have to deal with you. It says alot that i'd rather pay R2000pm for 3G data than deal with Telkom! PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK? This has been my single worst service experience EVER!
