My account has been suspended with 8ta because of my debit order date that they have not changed from the 1st to the 15th as requested. My account has been paid up to date. I am struggling since Sunday, 14.4.2013 with customer services and supervisor to phone me back. Today is the 17th I am still of the air after I have send them my bank statement to show them that they have debited my account. I have faxed it emailed it 4 times, went on the website for them to contact me but I am still waiting. I am still of line and cannot use my phone for anything because of their stupid mistake
