Nobody can help!!! number doesnt work!!!

Please can someone from unipin fix my problem. The telephon number given to me is not working!!! This is unaceptable!!! One of my employees has used the incorrect meter number, we are unable to use this. We need to speak to someone to explain and also to fix it, but everyone is telling me a different story. Unipin replied on my e-mail and said I need to contact the municipality. when phoning them they then said i need to phone 0861 499 499, that number is not even working. No wonder all is just complaints on hellopeter not 1 comment, because no one is just interested in helping.
