Cell C
No response since reported lost phone

On the 24 March 2013 i lost my phone and reported to the police station on the 25th and faxed all documents needed to cell c. On the 28th i phoned them and i was told that they did receive my documents and that they were at dispatch they will contact me but nothing. Until the 03 April 2013 i phoned the call centre and waited for long since they were experience a high call volume after that waiting i spoke to a lady of which i didn't get her name and that lady put the phone down on my ear. I was i phoned back and got a guy by the name of Sphesihle who transferred me to Chanel and Chanel told me that she will put a note that they will phone on the 04th of April and today is the 5th and i still haven't heard anything from them. I can't call the call centre again and wait for long because i also have some work to do.
