Dear Hellopeter,

A while back I complained to you about Nashua Mobile invoicing me incorrectly. Yesterday I received a statement dated 01/04/2013 and found that they have corrected my account. However they still have not reconnected me.

When I called this morning to ask why I spoke to a male customer service consultant at the accounts department who had a very bad attitude. He was cheeky, arrogant, interruptive and argumentative! And this is not the first time I have experienced this kind of attitude at Nashua Mobile. Is this some kind of norm at Nashua Mobile? Are they told or instructed to behave this way towards the customers?

In the past month I have called three times and every single time I spoke to a consltant it is the very same attitude, cheeky, argumentative and interruptive, I never got the chance to speak or ask anything because everytime I was interrupted and told exactly how it is and that was that, I have to accept what they say and that's it.

I am honestly utterly, utterly disgusted with Nashua Mobile. I can't beleive that this kind of attitude is allowed and left to be continued! Just exactly who do they think they are to treat people this way???
