Not getting back to me & cant get threw!!!

Hi

I called last week i think Wednesday and requested insurance on my iphone 5!

I spoke to the consultant on the phone and gave all the details of the phone and banking details etc to them, and was told that some one will phone me back regarding the policy & i have some questions to ask before i approve this!

NO ONE HAS PHONED ME, I TRIED TO PHONE 084 157 0007 AND I CANT GET THREW EITHER!!! This is a call center and i cant get threw!

I want some one to phone me back TODAY or TOMORROW LATEST to sort this and i want to know what happening with the application and what the problem is thats taking so long. INFACT i actually would like some one to contact me and i would like to WITHDRAW my application.

Please phone me i guess its the least you could do seen as thats what you had said would happen...!
