Cannot receive or make calls, don't have Internet

I am unable to receive or make any calls from my phone or connect to the Internet using Cell C's 3G.
I have only had my iPhone 5 for less than a week. I have called the call center numerous times; on Sunday the 17 March 2013 at 15:07 I spoke to a man by the name of Reegan who told me to change the settings in my phone to not automatically search for a carrier, his advise did not work. At 16:26 I managed to get hold of the call center again and spoke to Leanne she told me my phone has been barred and gave me debarring codes, which did not work. At 16:42 I managed to get hold of the call center again and was put through a man by the name of Thubiso in technical. He checked my setting and gave me new debarring codes which again did not work and I now cannot even connect to the call center at all! My phone shows I have signal and its from Cell C but nothing else. My wife had an accident today and was trying to get a hold of me and of course I could not receive any calls!! I demand someone who knows what's going on to assist me and fix this, or close my account, for which I will not pay any fees as I am not receiving any service from Cell C!
