I signed a cell phone contract in January for Blackberry 9320 on Cell C. After a few days I requested to be taken off Cell C and given a MTN contract instead (the process involved a port). I have had the phone since the beginning of Feb, but I STILL do not have the contract. I have called Nashua Mobile over 30 times (you can check 021-673 9100) I have spoken to EVERY consultant.

NO ONE wants to solve my problem, NO ONE wants to cancel my contract, NO ONE wants to help me lay a complaint, NO ONE wants to forward my call to a manager. NO ONE wants to let me know who I can speak to.

My colleagues think I AM INSANE to put up with this for so long.

I'm telling everyone I know (even strangers) about the appalling service that I have received.

I am insensed by the incompetence of everyone at NASHUA mobile (Cape Town, Bloem and JHB) and I regret the day I ever walked through your door.

PS. Maybe ICASA, some Ombudsman or a lawyer will get your attention!
