Poor reception

Im tired of calling the call centre to complain about the reception, i just get a sms stating that they will look into the matter but nothing really changes.
i get "full bar" 3G reception but cant even open google homepage, no calls come through only missed call sms's, when i make phone calls i have to run around the yard to complete a conversation
I requested a cancellation amount but the geniuses working in that department sends me a amount but no bank details, than the other gets the remaining months wrong and cannot explain how he/she got to that amount..

please get back to me, i cant wait to port my number to any other network
