Cell c network has NO SIGNAL

Have no signal at all where we stay myself and my husband both have cell c contracts and both of us never have any signal. Our phones always show sos and this is not only at home basically all the time be it the vaal dam or at work for my husband which is actually really pathetic he has his own business and he is loosing out on business because of cell c pathetic network. If something had to happen at home were we would need to contact the police or ambulance we would have to goo ask a neighbour to use there phone. We are paying so much money monthly for service like this. We have been to the glen three times and they always said it will get sorted out we fill out forms for what because nothing ever gets done, we call the call center and get told that they will send out somebody PATHETIC service is all i can say from the network to the call center agents who just lie. I am fed up why must we beg for network when we pay for it monthly!! I have had it went to the branch at the glen to fill out a cancelation form on friday, not even sure if anything will be done about it.. We were told that we will have to pay a cancelation fee and we will not pay! They can take there phones back!
