SIM ACTIVATION HAS STILL PENDING AFTER 42 HRS!!

I Have been waiting 2 days for a cell c contract sim activation and with no help. i keep phoning in and im told they will handle the issue asap with their network department, only to find out that when i phoned another of thier sales rep she informed me there was no such department.
