Cell C
A week has passed and still nothing

I complained about the cell phone coverage on Hellopeter last week, and got sent a form to fill out, which I returned within 30 minutes. Heard nothing since, and no improvement. Cell C clearly don't care, and I think I will have to go to the Consumer Complaints Commission to get out of my contract - I cannot carry on like this...
