Cell C and MIRA networks incestuous relationship

On 18 Nov 2013 [URL Removed] signed me up via a marketing link within 30 seconds. My number was provided via MIRA Networks and Cell C. Since that day, unbeknown to myself I was billed R7 a day for something I did not know about and was not using. I managed to stop it, not before Cell C deducted money from my account without explanation.
Cazually sent me a report stating that I clicked on links sent to my cell number. Even their evidence is completely against all rules in the Consumer Protection Act. Cell C has turned a blind eye because of their relationship with these companies. Staff at the Cell C Cavendish branch said that this was the norm, but they were left powerless (one of the service people even said that they had fallen victim on their Cell C account and could do nothing other than unsubscribe and pay). It seems that the relationship, is making so much money for all concerned to the detriment of the consumers. Most Cell C subscribers won't know what hit them and unfortunately, this is what it's all about. Grabbing a few Rands before people unsubscribe. Surely this is against CPA regulations? I shall be lodging a complaint at the highest levels.
