Flexicell
Unauthorized deductions

I had contract with Flexicell many years ago but never received a sim card or any airtime. Upon reviewing my monthly statements I see that they are deducting R199 per month without my authorization. How can they deduct money without rendering any service? I attempted to contact their call service center numerous times but to no prevail. From other posts on Hellopeter it is obvious that I am only one of many victims.
