The CEO apparently sent me a email. It is his secretary. The CEO refuses to have telephonic contact with me. All the issues I have is the result of not being informed by the consultant that assisted me. Nashua Mobile is pathetic. After more than 10 years as a Nashua Mobile customer I am treated like dirt. The worst company to deal with on a personal level. All the people I dealt with promised to phone me and never do.
