On the 21/12/2013, I took in my demaged cell phone to the cellc shop at festival mall branch. My cell phone has insurence (c-cover), hiwever on the day I took the phone in the lady didn't contact the insurense, on the 15/01/2014 I was told to collect my phine as it is back from repairs to my surprise when I get there I'm told the girl that helped me in december had forgotten to call the insurense people and it will only be done on that day, will receive feedback before the end of the day however that has not happened and I'm still without a phine for over a month. No apology nothing from cell c. Why does cellc keep doing this to me??? I think they should send me a letter of apology and the shuv the contract where the sun doesn't shine. They always find a way to inconvenience me
