I work for a Company in JHB and we signed contracts to install new adsl line's in our Durban and Pretoria branch, everything went smooth for the Durban instillation and was installed the first week in December but then it came to our Pretoria branch, telkom technicians added the line but did not install a modem and no passwords given to us.i have been following up on a almost Daily basis with manager Mariekie Erasmus and Emily Filatsi but both keep promising to contact me but its been 7 weeks without so much as a email or call to inform us of what is being done.today I called again and when I started losing my temper and said I want to lay a formal complaint then all of a sudden I can get my passwords straight away but no news on the modem.

I think this service is absolutely disgusting and your managers are incompetent!
