Billing that was not approved

How can cell c allow people to bill you for some thing you did not subscribe to. I am being billed for something i did not subscribe to, where by there is no evidence to show im subscribed to. Somewhere someone is profiting from this??? and everytime i must buy airtime from cell c to phone a number giving by cell c that noone answers, and email adress dont work!!!

How Can cell c allow its' customers to be exploited, i dont trust cell c.
Cell C does not protect its customers like Vodacom
