Requested Top Up contracts and got Straight Up

In the beginning of December we took out 5 corporate contracts with Cell C from their V&A Waterfront branch.
Apart from the fact that we have been battling with signal (separate case), I now also discovered that the contract were loaded incorrectly.
We asked for 5 X Top Up contracts and when the invoices arrived I realized the billed us for 5 X Straight Up contracts. This obviously means that our phone bills were high as well, as our staff kept on making calls and didn't get cut off.

After reporting this to the store manager he at first said there is nothing he can do, but I insisted and mentioned that the approval documentation they provided also states that Top Up contracts were approved, yet they loaded Straight Up contracts.
I sent an email on the 8th and after not receiving confirmation of receipt I email again on the 9th, the store manager responded and advised he will be in touch later the day. After no feedback I sent another mail on the 13th and on the 14th he advised he was on holiday.

This whole account is a mess! Our contracts were clearly loaded incorrectly and now we have to paid for the mistakes and we still have constant signal issues!
