Poor 3G speed

I have had such poor 3G speeds and has been going on for ages. Every time I complain they send out a guy to do tests and they confirm that there is a problem, but nothing has been sorted out yet. The call is apparently sitting with the technical people, but in the meantime I am still paying for this below par service. Would love to get adsl, but again Telkom refuses to put in telephone line in my area (Paulshof). [URL Removed] shows pings of well over 100ms and download speeds so erratic around 0.2 Mbps. Absolutely ridiculous service!
