Phone update for 2 months long

I haves sent in my phone for a update on the software and they have not come back to say how far is the phone if they are done with it or not we keep on phoning them but they say that it is still not done so very angry about this and it is gone about 2 months now and the feedback is very poor so that is why i am complaining
