Harassment with up to 4 sms's at day

My daughter was trying to download whatsapp. Somehow she got onto this Vaaloo website and now they send sms's, up to 4 or more times a day asking to confirm a R7 a day purchase. The "No" response we reply with, simply goes unnoticed, and an hour later we receive the same request. Please can the authorities do something about this company harassing us?
