BAD SERVICE AND BAD TELESALES CONSULTANTS

I applied for a cellphone contract and i was told i don't qualify next few days i received this phone on my doorstep, wondering where its form i then arranged for it to be collected back because nobody called me to tell me i actually qualified or if their sending it, i hadn't even opened the box nor activated or anything and today im told they debiting this much on the date of, for a phone i didn't even use nor open, so please im not going to pay for something i no longer have on me nor even used, please sort this out ASAP
