I ordered 2 Ipad4 that was advertised and only received the Mini Ipad and was waiting for the call to say when I could pick up the 2nd one. I phoned on numerous occations and send a fax of which no reply came. When I eventually got hold of Vernon on the phone he told me that I can not phone there because no receptionist is employed their and that it is only for walk in customers. What about the customers like me that was waiting for them to contact me with no avail. I was eventually told after a whole month of waiting that there is no stock and that I should not hold my breath because he can not make any promises. I am very disappointed because I have been dealing with Telkom all the years and this is actually the first time that they have disappointed me.
