Great service

I just want to say thank you to Leon from Openweb for your great service. I emailed for a line upgrade this morning 30/11/2012 for a special product that has actually ended. He said he will look into it, 22:30 on that same evening (a Saturday evening I might add) I received a mail from him my new service was activated :).
