8ta assured account closed, now I'm handed ove

My story with 8ta just seems to haunt me. I had an internet stick for 2 days but closed the contract after 3 days (as per the consumer protection act) because I didn't have any signal. After months someone will phone me and demand I owe 8ta money. Last yer about this time I was assured that everything was closed and there was nothing on my name. Monday I received a phone call from a company - 8ta handed me over because I owe them money. I returned the stick the 3 days after cancelling and I have never ever received any service from 8ta - how then can I be asked to pay?? I don't even receive statements. 8ta, please check my previous Hello Peter complaints about the same problem before coming back to me. As well as the correspondence you had with me over the past year with this issue. 8ta even refunded me after taking my money. Please sort this out now. If this has an effect on my credit score or if I'm listed I will have to seek legal advice. Hope that you can sort this out asap!
