All the communication providers in South Africa are incompetent from CEO level down. We have cell service for more than 20 years and still teething problems, Bab coverage faulty towers, service agents that is trained to lie, down towers? Act.
Man I know it is Africa but can't we strive for perfection, Productivity and efficiency.
These providers are making billions. Why don't they catch up and before paying Tax rather get the system up to standard, then pay tax. Stop wasting money on non-productive issues. Communication is a Vital part of the economy so Catch a wake up OR get new Management from top down.
Why haven't any of the employees taken the initiative to try and initiate the three above mentioned Qualities, I would, so what is wrong!
