15 Days and STILL no delivery of new cellphone

On 6 November I upgraded 3 cell contracts with Cell C & Cell C Direct.
2 days later I received the 1st new mobile phone via couriers delivered to my address.
4 days later I received the 2nd new mobile phone.
6 days later I received the 3rd mobile phone: the detail on the invoice is correct, but it is the WRONG PHONE the box. I report it on the 12th.
15 Nov - I follow up AGAIN. The call centre asssistant sends an urgent email to the After Sales Depart for urgent follow up.
On 18th the courier comes to collect the incorrect phone.
On 19th I follow up with Cell C to be told by a call centre assistant with a bad attitude that they 1st have to 'inspect' the phone that was returned to see if I did not damage the mobile before they will release my new mobile. The packet of the incorrect mobile was not even opened and was returned in a sealed package.
20 Nov - The same assistant helps me with whom I spoke on the 15th. He will follow up and come back to me. That was yesterday at 14:00. Nothing since.
Everytime you phone you have to repeat ALL your security info to the 3 people you get transferred to.
21 Nov and no service yet... that makes it 15 days and counting!
